Hi there!
My name is Orisha...
I help women living with chronic pelvic pain (including those preparing for pelvic/excision surgery or recovering afterward), find a clear path forward through a whole-body approach to healing.
Like many of the women I work with, I know what it's like to have pain impact every part of your life. My own journey through chronic pelvic pain, fatigue, digestive issues and hormonal imbalances, led me to discover how deeply nutrition, gut health, and the nervous system influence healing. These experiences inspired me to become a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) so I could help other women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their own recovery.
Today, I combine evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle strategies, gut health, and nervous system support to help women reduce chronic pelvic pain, rebuild trust in their bodies, and feel confident navigating the next chapter of their healing journey.
After undergoing excision surgery myself (severe adhesions), I realized there was a massive gap in support for women once they left the operating room. Surgery was an important step, but it wasn't the end of the healing journey. Too many women are sent home wondering, "Now what?" That experience became the driving force behind my practice.
I am a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioners (CANNP) and hold the designation of Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP). I also completed certification as a Women's Hormone Balancing Coach in 2025, and I continue to pursue advanced training in chronic pelvic pain and pain reprocessing to better support the women I serve.
