I help IBS, Endo & chronic pain warriors find relief from their symptoms and avoid flare ups.  

 

My own personal health journey battling chronic pain, digestive and hormonal issues, led me to pursue education in holistic nutrition as I have learned first hand the power of food in healing the body.

I am a member of CANNP (Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners) with the designation of NNCP (Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner.  I also received my certificate as a Women's Hormone Balancing Coach in 2025.
